Fall into a Brunch with Nora

How would you like to have brunch with Nora?

Now’s your chance as we begin taking reservations for our “Fall into a Brunch with Nora”. The brunch will be held at 11:00 AM on Sunday, July 14th at Dan’s Restaurant & Tap House. The price of the Brunch will be $30 per person. This price includes your meal, drinks (non-alcoholic), dessert and gratuity for the wait staff.  Due to limited seating, we ask that you refrain from purchasing tickets for spouses or family members who are not Nora Fans.

Payment for the Brunch will only be accepted in “cash” format, i.e. cash, check or money order. Payments through PayPal can NOT be accepted.

We will also be holding a raffle for a chance to sit with Nora!! Three very lucky people will be chosen to sit at Nora’s table. These tickets can be purchased for an additional fee ($5.00 each) and all proceeds will go towards The Nora Roberts Foundation. Right before the Brunch, Nora will draw the names of those who will sit at her table. We will not be selling these tickets the day of the brunch, so please get yours early.

The final cut-off date for the purchase of tickets (Brunch and Raffle), or for reimbursements of ANY kind is June 28, 2013.

If you purchase a ticket and then find that you will not be able to attend, please contact me before this date. I will NOT be able to issue any refunds after the June 28th deadline.

If you would like to attend the Brunch, please email me at: ttpbrunch@gmail.com. I will send you a reply email with all the needed information so that you may purchase your tickets.

Hope to see you there!

  1. HOLY SMOKES! How fun would that be?! I’m SERIOUSLY considering making the trip from SoCal…

    1. Ana,

It is fun … wonderful fun. Good food, good friends. I’ve been coming (from Southern California no less!) for years and years and years, lol. My summer wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Boonsboro!

    1. Jane,
Dan’s Restaurant is located in Boonsboro Maryland. The brunch is part of Turn the Page Bookstore’s anniversary signing in July.

    1. Kelley,

We’ve tested the email and it seems to be working fine. You might want to give it another try. In the mean time I’ve sent you a message with all the details.
      Thanks!

  4. I love everything that Nora writes. My mother recently discovered Nora’s books and so now we bond over our love of them. A trip to Boonsboro would make this the best Summer ever!

  5. I have all my travel arrangements made will be traveling from Minneapolis MN to Boonsboro – thanks much for this opportunity to share with all Nora’s fans and a chance to maybe see Nora. It will be good to see the town that’s inspired so many of her books and especially the Mackade Series re-reading on my Nook e-book reader. Peace.

  6. A quick note to those attending the Brunch:

It’s been a tradition at our summer gatherings to have a Basket Raffle. All proceeds benefit The Nora Roberts Foundation.

This year is no different! We’ll have at least five baskets, including a Kentucky Derby themed basket from Nora and a Kozy Up With A Kindle basket (complete with a Kindle Fire) from the Fall Into The Story editors (Jeannie, Jennifer, Susan, Suz & Wym).

Tickets will be sold at The Brunch for $5.00 each. Friends can certainly buy tickets for friends not attending. But if you win and aren’t there to claim your basket, you’ll need to have arrangements in place to have your prize claimed and shipped to you.

Can hardly wait. See you in July.

  7. Hey! somehow I missed the deadline for the Brunch. I am bringing my 84 year old father who along with me has read everything Nora has written. I thought we might do the Brunch but didn’t realize there was a deadline to get tickets as that was not printed in the TTP newsletter. Any possibility I can still get in with my dad? It would mean a lot to both of us. thanks for your consideration.
