And we come full circle from yesterday’s quote about Ford’s shining armor. Do you think think that this would amaze Cilla if anyone stood by her? (Though she was fortunate to find friendship AND romance with Ford.)

Given how she had to stand for herself all her life I do think she would be surprised and amazed.

I found Ford amazing! Cilla deserves someone like Ford, finally, considering her nightmare of a mother.
Ford was a terrific character and she deserved him after all she had been through!!
Yep, Ford, one of my fav H’s!
and I laughed at how she numbered the “stepfathers” or whatever they were. Felt sorry for her as well, and a bit for her mother–that gal is just pitiful in so many ways…and I’d bet that when it came out that Cilla’s grandmother didn’t commit suicide but was murdered; bet Mom had another meltdown because she figured it would take away from her show, etc. All about her…
