    I think Roarke would have introduced Eve to Hitchcock movies by now, especially since they mostly involved murder!

    Since Peabody and McNab just got back fro their mini vacation in Mexico, looks like they’re back to overworking McNab again!
    Nice trick to get the vet friend out of the theater, call in a phony dog accident! Did he have a partner? Or call it in right before he sat down?

    The murderer was a man! An ice pick through the neck to the brain stem is a male type murder. Women usually aren’t so physical or messy, unless done in heat of moment.

  26. This came just in time.
    You know you’re waiting for the next JD Robb book when you’ve got the TV on for background noise and you catch the voice on the car commercial talking about the new “DLE”. Or you’re watching some “new and wonderful things for your house” show and think that the shower they’re showing with temp control that can be set before you turn on the shower is “old hat”.
    It took me watching that commercial at least 6 times before it finally got thruough that “the voice” was saying GLE and not DLE.

Nora Roberts is the only author I keep track of and read the second the book hits my email because, of course, they are all pre-ordered!! Makes waiting for the new year worthwhile.   31. Oh wow, what a great way to start a new book. I love the way she used an old Hitchcock classic as the opening background to her new story. I can’t wait to read the rest of the book. January 30th can’t come soon enough.
